If it is your first time ordering from us and you don’t like our products, if products arrive and there is a problem or you received the wrong items- no problem! You can return them within 30 days after delivery.
To start a return please send us a proof of purchase, a photo (and reason) for return to hello@adonis-foods.com
Please note we will investigate the issue within 7 days of receiving the receipt, and if the return is accepted we will send you a shipment label.
We are constantly trying to assist and help our customers, so therefore any returned products will be refunded in full. Refunds will be sent out by bank transfer, or credit/debit card credit no later than 30 days after the returned products are received.
